Diarmuid Gavin: Design Your Own Garden

In the run-up to the Chelsea Flower Show 2004 Dairmuid will be talking to Members about his relationship with the Show as well as the garden he has designed for this year's edition.

Dairmuid Gavin has been credited with changing the way we think and approach garden design and is recognised as one of the most talented and charismatic garden designers on television.

His innovative work has helped to make HomeFront In The Garden one of the most watched gardening programmes on the BBC. Diarmuid also presents for three of the highlights of the gardening year; The Chelsea Flower Show for Channel 4 and the BBC Gardener of the Year and Gardener's World Live for BBC2.

The talk will be followed by a wine reception where Dairmuid’s new book Design Your Garden will be launched.

For the thousands of garden-owners who are looking for guidance and inspiration this book will demystify the ground rules of good, contemporary design and give you the confidence to use your imagination and transform your own outdoor space.
