Find out more about how The Lecture List works.

Coronavirus situation update

Our lecture organisers may or may not have had time to update their events with cancellation notices. Clearly social gatherings are to be avoided and that includes lectures. STAY AT HOME FOLKS, PLEASE.

Find out what you can do to keep The Lecture List online

Coronavirus situation update

It's very simple, costs nothing, and once your free account is set up you'll have total control over publishing your talks.

The site is searchable by date, speaker, region, organising institution and topic. Users can also sign up to receive regular email messages about events in particular parts of the country, on particular topics or by particular speakers. The selection of the events for each user's email message is based on an online form completed by users.

Any talk which is open to the public can appear on The Lecture List, from large events in major institutions through to small scale events in local community venues.

To tell us about your talks, you'll need to register as an organiser with us. You'll usually hear back from the moderation team inside 24 hours.

To get started, use the organiser registration form

Please contact Billy if you have any questions about signing up, or if you have any other thoughts or questions.

Any ad revenue is entirely reinvested into the Lecture List's operating fund
