The old Constitution under strain

This series of lectures will analyse the transformation of our constitution and its significance for the future.


The years since 1997 have seen very radical constitutional reforms - for example, devolution, freedom of information legislation and the Human Rights Act. Why has this been so and what are likely to be the effects of the reforms?
