Are our 21st century lives conspiring to make us the unhealthiest generation ever? Dr. Thomas Stuttaford and Suzi Godson discuss keeping healthy in this day and age.
Keeping healthy in this day and age is no mean feat. What should you eat? How much should you exercise? Are our 21st century lives conspiring to make us the unhealthiest generation ever? Whatever your age, and whether you are interested in cholesterol or cardiac exercise, menopause or motherhood, come along and hear what our experts have to say.
Dr Thomas Stuttaford has written for The Times for many years and has been a speaker for the Women’s Awareness Programme in the past. His wise words are the source of reassurance for readers. He has served on the Commons Science Committee and was recently named by the Evening Standard as one of London’s 1000 most influential people.
Suzi Godson writes the sex column with Thomas Stuttaford for The Times. She also writes a monthly sex column for Marie Claire and is the author of The Sex Book and The Body Bible.
The evening will be chaired by Natalie Besbrode, a presenter on Heart 106.2.
