Ralph Miliband Programme Oil, Energy Security and Global Order lecture series
The world must reduce greenhouse-gas emissions by 50 per cent by 2050 with rich country cuts of at least 80 per cent. Power and transport must be essentially de-carbonised. How can the world rise to these challenges?
